SHIPPING POLICY

The estimated delivery times, by geographical area, are as follows:

Shipments within Portugal and Spain: 3 business days.

Shipping within Europe and Rest of the World: 5 business days.

However, there may always be variations in transit times depending on carriers and factors outside of us.

To track your order, simply take note of the BATCH or DHL tracking number that has been emailed to you. If you have not received any information about your shipment, you can send an email to: info@creamy-studio.com

International Shippings - You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Creamy-studio.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.

Refused Shipments -  If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our Portuguese address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund
